This policy explains how and when MURN orders are shipped.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India.
3. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking details by email so you can follow your delivery.
6. Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct when placing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because the recipient was unavailable, please contact us to arrange re-delivery.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
